Description
The City of Bowie is looking to upgrade its automated playback system on the City’s PEG channels. The City currently operates a Leightronics Blade system with 5 cards. The Blade system is in conjunction with 2 network attached storage drives and a 20 x 20 Blackmagic video router. The City desires to acquire a TelVue system which will support the City’s requirements.
The City is looking for a vendor to integrate and swap out the Leightronics system with a TelVue system with the saliant characteristics and specifications as listed in the Scope of Work.

Bowie, Maryland, is a city of 54,727 residents, acccording to the 2010 Census, located in Prince George's County, and convenient to Washington, DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore.
The city consists of approximately 18-square miles. There are more than 1,100 acres set aside as parks or as preserved open space, including over 22 miles of paths and trails, and 75 ball fields.
