NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Board of Trustees of Carroll Community College (“Carroll”) invites proposals from qualified, professional firms to develop the college’s comprehensive 10-Year Facilities Master Plan based upon requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal.
