Concrete Roadway Repair Project (FY 2022-23)

Description

DESCRIPTION OF Project.  The City of Beaverton is accepting electronic bids for the Concrete Road Repair Project (FY 2022-23), Project No.3930-23. The project consists of the removal of 805 SY of 8–10-inch dowelled concrete roadway (estimated 585 LF of saw cutting), 805 SY of 12-inch subgrade stabilization (estimated 385 tons of ¾ minus), and placement 805 SY of 10-inch dowelled concrete roadway. The project cost is estimated to be between $275,000 and $325,000.

Pre-Bid Conference

1.       NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held by conference call using Zoom on July 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM.

This conference is to provide prospective Bidders with the opportunity to ask questions related to bidding or building the work under the resulting contract. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders.
