Description

The project scope of work is anticipated to include exterior and interior improvements including infrastructure improvements, site and field improvements. The total project scope of service includes’ design, construction, community engagement, equipment/furnishings. Estimated scope of work for the existing building and site may include (but should not be limited to) the following components. Final scope of work will be determined by selected Project User and Rebuild Office after the Site and Building Assessment phase is complete. General: Provide all improvements required to make site and building fully accessible; Provide abatement of affected site and building components. Site: Environmental remediation, PWD stormwater improvements, Park improvements Library Building: Building accessibility, Doors and windows, Exterior masonry and painting, including mural, Restrooms, Heating and controls system, Plumbing and electrical systems, including upgrade to LED lighting, Security system, Fire protection, Staff work room, circulation desk and break room renovation, FFE, Sinage, AV, IT and RFID upgrades and Interior cosmetic elements.
