Description
Make the World Better Foundation (MTWB) was selected as the Project User for Vare Recreation Center through the Rebuild First Round project selection process. The Vare Recreation Center site includes a 100+ year old recreation building, pool, sports field, two basketball courts, two ball fields, and a playground. Due to structural instability, its second floor has been shut down, limiting the programs available at the site. Presumed site renovations include a new ~20,000 SF Recreation Building, new sports fields, play space, water play, and other site amenities.
