Description
Barrett Playground, a 5.7 acre site located at 641 Lindley Avenue ("Project"), has been selected for redevelopment under the Rebuild program. Nicetown Community Development Corporation (NTCDC) has been selected as Project User to undertake the redevelopment, and has entered into a grant agreement with the City (PAID) to govern and fund the work. Approximately $9 million in Rebuild funding has been allocated to this site to finance the replacement of site and building improvements. A building of approximately 12,000 sf of floor area will be constructed at the site.
