Description
The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, installation, and management of a fully integrated electronic ticketing solution for the Lane County Fair. This includes providing all software, licensing, hardware, and dedicated support services. The integrated IT infrastructure shall provide scalable capabilities supporting peak-volume ticket processing and real-time data synchronization with minimal latency. These functions are essential for maintaining high service quality and ensuring public satisfaction.
This solicitation will cover the 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 Lane County Fairs.

About Lane County Procurement
