Description
Metro is procuring a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) to help with the phasing, sequencing, constructability, procuring goods, and successfully maneuvering constraints presented at the industrial site. The site will be open to the public and operating during the entire project scope presenting multiple phasing and sequencing challenges.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 6161 NW 61st Ave Portland Oregon 97210 on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the RFP requirements.
