Notice of Intent to Award -Cooperative Contract- Parking Revenue Access Control

Description

The City of Redmond, Municipal Airport intends to establish a purchase agreement with to T2 Systems, Incorporated  for the implementation of a new automated Parking Revenue Access Control System at the Redmond  Municipal Airport utilizing a permissive procurement allowable under ORS 279A.215. T2 Systems, Incorporated, is a parking solutions supplier that manages parking access, revenue control and permits.

Suppliers that would otherwise be prospective bidders, if the procurement were competitively procured under ORS Chapter 279B, have an opportunity to comment on the intent to establish an agreement through a permissive interstate cooperative procurement. Such suppliers may submit written comments to the City of Redmond at procurement@redmondoregon.gov, no later than January 27, 2026, (7 days from publishing) at 4pm Oregon local time. The City intends to award this bid to T2 Systems, Incorporated at the January 27, 2026, City Council Meeting.
