Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall Rigging Update for the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Information
Mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walks will be held at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR on January 13, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. and January 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Interested proposers and subcontractors are required to attend one of the two site walks in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Proposals received from firms that do not attend at least one of the site walks will be deemed non-responsive and not considered. RSVP minimum 24-hours prior to selected site-walk opportunity via BidLocker is required.
