Description
Project Name: Redmond Public Safety Camera Project
Work Description: Public Safety video surveillance solutions with related equipment, software and accessories, including:

Portable and mobile video camera and recording solutions, such as body-worn, in-car, and equipment-mounted devices;

Permanently mounted or installed video camera and recording solutions designed for interview rooms, processing, holding areas and designated areas within the city; and,
-
Technology, data storage, advanced analytics including LPR, redaction, and management software solutions and applications for self-hosted, cloud-based, and hybrid systems that are complementary to the offering of the solutions above.
Estimate Contract Amount: $1,299,371.65
Contract Term: 60 months

Pursuant to ORS 279A.215, City of Redmond intends to award an agreement through a permissive cooperative procurement listed above.
Suppliers that would otherwise be prospective bidders, if the procurement were competitively procured under ORS Chapter 279B, have an opportunity to comment on the intent to establish an agreement through a permissive interstate cooperative procurement. Such suppliers may submit written comments to the City of Redmond at procurement@redmondoregon.gov, no later than January 6, 2026 (7 days from publishing) at 4pm Oregon local time.
The City intends to award this bid to Axon Enterprise, Inc. at the January 6, 2026 City Council Meeting.
