Description
Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish and remove all debris from the Morand Property. Please see ITB for details.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 18805 SW Pacific Drive Sherwood, Oregon 97140. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
Special Instructions
