Description
Metro requests bids for Steam, Wetland, and Upland Restoration Projects. This is Step One of a Two Step Invitation to Bid process (ITB). Step One is a prequalification step for one or more projects. Only those Bidders who prequalify will be able to participate in Step Two. Metro will consider price bids in Step Two. Multiple Step Two ITB requests will be issued following this ITB in calendar years 2026 through 2027.
Special Instructions
Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre‐proposal conference will be held via Zoom on January 13th 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference to gain information about the ITB requirements. COBID firms that might be interested in subcontracting opportunities are strongly encouraged to attend.
If a prime contractor plans to subcontract work, the prime contractor must contact all COBID firms in attendance that purport to do the work.
