Description
The City of Redmond is initiating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an agricultural lease of the property located at 1766 NW Pershall Avenue. The City of Redmond purchased property on the north end of the Dry Canyon for future park use, however planning and funding for park development is several years away. In the near term, the City is pursuing an agricultural lease for the property. The property consists of approximately 36 acres (16 of which are irrigated). The City is seeking a qualified tenant to fulfill the requirements of the agricultural lease.
