A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the dates and times below. Interested proposers are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQ requirements. Please follow the BidLocker instructions to RSVP. Companies that RSVP will receive a parking pass for the Oregon Convention Center, parking at the Expo Center is free for the below date and time.
Oregon Convention Center: 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 on Monday August 11, 2025 at 9:00 am. Please meet at the MLK entrance (main entrance of the building).
