About Us
Tualatin Valley Water District's (TVWD) service area includes portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and unincorporated Washington County in Oregon. TVWD is a special district, established to provide drinking water and is governed by an elected Board of Commissioners.

TVWD is also the managing agency for the Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS), which will provide the region with a seismically-resilient additional water supply. TVWD has partnered with multiple jurisdictions to expand the Willamette Intake Facility, construct a state-of-the art Treatment plant, and over 30 miles of large-diameter transmission pipe.
