REQUEST FOR BIDS No. 06/25-496

SECURITY SERVICES FOR

SELLWOOD CENTER APARTMENTS

Bids are requested from qualified professional security firms for the provision of Security Services for Sellwood Center Apartments. As a result of this solicitation, Home Forward intends to award one contract. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, beginning July 2025, and will include the option of extending the contract for four additional 1-year terms.

Home Forward’s Procurement & Contracts Department will accept bids submitted electronically at Home Forward’s online submission website - https://bidlocker.us/a/homeforward/BidLocker until June 30, 2025 - 11:00 AM.

          Home Forward values fair and open access to opportunities for businesses and the workforce and allows our contractors to self-identify outside of a certification process such as COBID. In this regard, COBID and/or Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) are encouraged to respond to this RFP and to pursue subsequent sub-consultant and subcontractor opportunities. Electronic copy of the RFB and all required forms may be obtained from Home Forward’s online submission website at https://bidlocker.us/a/homeforward/BidLocker. Once the RFB is downloaded from the site, the interested firm will be added to the Prospective Bidders List and receive addenda.
