Description
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Maysville
Community and Technical College (MCTC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated
project team to accomplish parking lot changes, exterior upgrades and sidewalk replacements on their various
campuses.
The priorities will be first to make the parking lot changes, then exterior upgrades to various buildings and then to
replace certain portions of existing sidewalks where identified as necessary.
