Description
Metro will undertake a workforce gap analysis to support the CCAP and understand where our workforce needs to be bolstered to fully implement the CCAP and achieve its goals. Additional budget provided by Metro will support a compilation of existing sector-specific research into workforce needs and convening workforce development partners to identify the gaps in their services that need to be addressed to better prepare our regional workforce to support forecasted growing industries as identified in the 2024 Urban Growth Report.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom at the link below on February 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
