Description
At the above noted meeting, the Lane Community College Board, acting in the capacity as the Local Contract Review Board, will consider findings approving an exemption from competitive bidding under ORS 279C.335 for the Building 15 Public Safety Renovation and Elevated Platform Remediation Project to enable the College to utilize the Construction Manager/General Contractor alternative contracting method under ORS 279C.337. This meeting will take place on March 5th, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the College Board Room. Please see the included attachments for more details.
