Description

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Somerset Community College (SCC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated project team to accomplish the replacement of the Laurel South Technical Building with a new technical building on the Laurel North Campus in London, Kentucky.
