Description

Through this Request for Proposals, Prosper Portland, the redevelopment and urban renewal agency of the City of Portland, requests proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide construction management and general contracting services for the abatement of hazardous building materials and the demolition of the United States Postal Service (USPS) Printing & Distribution Center (P&DC) and additional site preparation work at 715 NW Hoyt Street, Portland, Oregon. One proposal is requested, inclusive of pre-demolition and abatement and demolition services as further described in this RFP. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and job site tour for this RFP will be held on February 18, 2020 at 3:00 PM (Pacific) in the retail lobby of the P&DC building.
