RFP #1733 Indigenous Traditional Ecological and Cultural Knowledge (ITECK) Center - CM/GC

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on November 6, 2024 at 10:00 am, local time at the location listed on the cover page of this solicitation. To register Proposers can log into Bid Locker and pre-register in Bid Locker. Only Proposers who have representatives at the meeting shall be allowed to submit a proposal. Attendance will be documented through a sign-in sheet prepared by the PSU representative. After the meeting there may be a walk through and examination of the site and conditions. Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the solicitation and by the PSU representative’s watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) may not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project.

A second mandatory pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for November 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Proposers interested in being eligible to submit a proposal for this project are only required to attend either the November 6, 2024 meeting or the November 18,2024 meeting, not both. Proposers that attended the November 6, 2024 meeting are welcome to come to the November 18, 2024 meeting, however; they are not required to attend both meetings.
