ITB 4351 Commercial Flooring Repair, Maintenance, and Installation

Description

Metro is seeking bids for periodic services, to make repairs to or replace flooring materials at Metro properties, and to provide specialty coating and cleaning services as requested. There are three categories that vendors may bid on: Commercial Flooring, Specialty Coating, and Cleaning Services. Vendor should bid only on those categories and services that they provide. Please see attached ITB for details. 

Bid Writing Workshop

Join us for an in-depth workshop designed to equip COBID-certified and -eligible contractors with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively respond to Metro's Invitation to Bid ITB 4351 Commercial Flooring Repair, Maintenance, and Installation. This workshop is meant to help contractors understand Metro's bidding process and be prepared to submit a bid for Concrete Cutting, Drilling and Demolition. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and best practices for preparing competitive bids that meet Metro's standards and specifications. 

Also, workshop participants will be eligible to receive 1:1 guidance from our consultant on how to level up your bid writing skills to win a contract immediately after the workshop. Interested COBID certified firms will receive free 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching from our contractor.
