The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified
Proposers interested in the provision of Energy Management Systems (EMS): Honeywell and Distech Maintenance
and Repair for Portland Community College.
This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable
Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective
January 5, 2024 , and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective April 5, 2024. The work may take place in
Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, and Columbia County, Oregon.
