Description

The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to replace the three (3) existing split systems currently with gas furnaces, with new split system heat pumps. The existing ductless split system is to be replaced as well as the HVAC system servicing the telecom closet. A fan will be installed to improve air flow in the problem areas and all bathroom exhaust fans will be replaced. All air devices will be replaced and slight modifications to ductwork and air distribution will be made as per the specifications and drawings.
