Description
Metro requires the services of a specialty concrete Contractor experienced in repair to deteriorated solid waste tipping floors. Approximately 5,000 square feet of the floor in Bay 1 at Metro South Transfer Station (MSS) requires resurfacing. In order to minimize the impact on transfer station operations, it is necessary to limit the work on the tip floor to a maximum of two phases, each being from noon on a Thursday through to 6 a.m. that next Monday. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Metro South, 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City OR 97045.Attachments
