Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Solid Waste and Recycling Collection for the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts (P'5). Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page.
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30–60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR on March 18, 2024, at 11:00 am. Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
Pre-Proposal meeting was held according to schedule. Sign-In Sheet is attached. No questions or material changes were noted during the meeting.
