Description

Bids are requested from qualified elevator maintenance providers for full service preventive maintenance on select elevator equipment across Home Forward’s housing portfolio. Home Forward’s Procurement & Contracts Department will accept proposals until 11:00 AM on February 26, 2024.

Two non-mandatory pre-bid site walks are scheduled for 9:00 AM on February 15, 2024 and 9:00 AM on February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Further details are included in the solicitation document.

Home Forward has established a goal of 28% participation by Underutilized Business Enterprises (UBE), either self-certified or certified by the State of Oregon COBID program, for all of its contracting needs. Interested firms are encouraged to submit bids.
