Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide staffing for our Metro RID Patrol crews.
This program's focus is to provide a paid employment opportunity for individuals entering the workforce after incarceration or who experience other systemic barriers to sustainable employment, such as people who are housing insecure, in recovery, have disabilities or do not have a high school education. The program's goal is to provide participants with supported employment opportunities that provide the skills necessary to get and sustain long-term employment.

Special Instructions
Proposal Writing Coaching
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest no later than end of day on October 26, 2023, although the sooner the better time wise, to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
