Description

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contracting services in two phases: preconstruction phase services and construction phase services, and as described in the solicitation document.  The selected contractor will replacment the roof on the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.  The concert hall roof has varied elevations and system needs.  Access ladders must be replaced and seismic bracing of parapet walls must be upgraded.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR  97205. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
