Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the following services and to deliver the products described:
OCC intends to contract with one firm capable of providing services as a qualified security system designer who possesses significant experience to design security solutions including: intrusion access alarm systems, access control systems (S2), and video surveillance systems (Qognify Ocularis VMS) for new and retrofit project levels.
For purposes of this RFP, Security System Design firms shall be defined as firms employing qualified professionals providing planning, design and specifications of security system design plus all architectural and engineering design required for this project. Responding firms must be licensed to practice within the state of Oregon. Respondents must provide evidence, within the RFP response, including individual resume information describing qualifications and experience for each of the areas of expertise.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center north lobby, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd on April 12, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
