Description
Peter Paulson, located at 1530 SW 13th Ave. Portland, OR 97201, is a 93-unit apartment building built in 1995. The project consists of replacement of existing HVAC roof top unit with a new DOAS roof top unit. Replace all existing diffusers/grilles for new system as indicated in drawings. New ductless mini split unit and wall hung condensing unit in parking garage. All required utility connections as indicated in drawings.
Special Instructions
HF-422 Cobid Contact log & HF-423 List of COBID first rejected will be due the day after bid opening by 2pm from the apparent low bidder. This will be collected via email to the procurement contact (Dzana).
