Description
Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for Parking Lot Operations for the Oregon Convention Center. Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page.
MERC operates the parking areas at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC). The selected Contractor shall provide labor for the operations of these areas.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR on March 14, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
