Description
The Oregon Convention Center hosts approximately 1 million guests per year. Our conferences and citywide conventions welcome out of town domestic and international patrons. Many of these patrons schedule their travel to maximize their participation in the event they are attending. This often has them coming to OCC prior to checking in to their hotel or conversely, checking out of their hotel and coming to OCC before they head to the airport to catch their flight.
OCC is committed to enhancing the Guest Experience. To this end, we are seeking a solution that would allow guests the convenience of temporary storage while at events held at the convention center. At the same time, this temporary storage must have security measures in place, to minimize the risks of unlawful activity and allow building security to monitor usage.
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for an electronic locker option that will be purchased outright with an ongoing maintenance/upgrade package. Vendor shall supply hardware as well as software.
