Description

The City of Hillsboro (“City”) seeks written proposals from qualified Contractors to provide professional on-call tree care/maintenance and arborist services. Services will include but are not limited to pruning, tree/stump removal, tree trimming, and arborist inspection/assessment services on a City-wide basis. The selected firm(s) will also be responsible for responding to City’s emergency tree issues and must be able to respond outside normal weekday business hours and weekends if needed. The City intends to establish a qualified pool of Contractors able to provide services on an on-call basis for both large and small projects.  We expect that the following City departments will use these contracts: Facilities, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Water, but the services will be available for all departments within the organization.  The City intends to enter into multiple master contracts as a result of this RFP.
