Description
Metro is inviting bids for exterior coatings for the Metro Regional Center.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary staging, protection, incidentals, personnel, coordination and mobilization to perform Water Repellent and Exterior Painting work including all related preparation work to the exterior of the Metro Regional Headquarters Building located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland OR

Pre-Bid Conference Information
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on July 8, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Metro Regional Center, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 9:30 am.
