Description
The contract contemplated consists of the performance of safe, quality and professional window cleaning services for the interior and exterior windows of the Oregon Convention Center. Window cleaning will be achieved from the ground, using boom and scissor lifts, bosun chairs and securing climbing access.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting/Walk-through will be held on June 30, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Meeting location is Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE MLK Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232. Attendees shall gather outside the main entrance on the MLK Jr. Blvd side of the building. All attendees should expect to follow local and Metro social distancing policies, including wearing a mask when required.
