Description
The selected contractor shall assume day to day responsibility for Metro's portfolio of properties in compliance with federal, state and/or local jurisdiction laws or regulations, and Metro's policies. Metro currently has two properties in the portfolio but reserves the right to add or remove properties from the portfolio as acquisitions are made and existing properties sold and redeveloped.
