Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified Real Property Appraisers. The intent of this RFP is to provide Metro with a list of qualified Real Property Appraisers (referred to in this RFP sometimes as “Contractors” and sometimes as “Respondents”) to provide “on call” services relating to the appraisal of real property to be acquired by Metro, primarily through the Parks and Nature programs described above but also through other Metro programs including, but not limited to, Planning and Development, Transit Oriented Development, and Waste Prevention and Environmental Services, all of which may also utilize these on-call services.
A voluntary pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 1, 2021 at 3:30pm. The meeting will be held on Zoom. Link and additional details can be found in the RFP document.
