Description
PSU is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified architects, engineers, and consultants ("Proposer") to enter into an On Call Agreement to provide professional services to PSU. Successful Proposers (each a "Consultant") must be qualified to perform at least one of the types of services sought ("Service Categories") as listed in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Appendix 4.6, Information Form (collectively, "Work").
