Description
PSU is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified contractors ("Contractor" or "Proposer") to enter into an On Call Agreement to provide construction related services to PSU. Successful Proposers (each a "Contractors") must be able to finish construction-related services, including labor, materials, equipment, components, supplies, and supervision necessary for future, and currently undetermined, renovation and improvement projects (collectively, "Work").
