2021 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PHASE 4, CIP # WT015 Sealed bids for the 2021 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PHASE 4 will be received at the front desk in the main lobby of Gresham City Hall, 1333 N.W. Eastman Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, addressed to Kimberly Bogert, until TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021, AT 2:00 PM local time. Late bids will be retained unopened. The bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter by City staff in City Hall and for other attendees using the following meeting information: Phone Number: 253 215 8782 Meeting ID: 988 2914 5320 Passcode: 896652 The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $450,000 to $550,000. The character of the work is the construction of four sections of 8-inch waterline and three sections of 4-inch waterlines. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY MEASUREMENT ITEM 1320 LF 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe 175 LF 6-inch Ductile Iron Pipe 670 LF 4-inch Ductile Iron Pipe 47 EA 1-inch Water Service 5 EA Fire Hydrant Assembly The Project Manager for this project is Kimberly Bogert, Engineer 2, Department of Environmental Services, 503-509-7684, Kimberly.Bogert@GreshamOregon.gov. The project completion date is JULY 5, 2021. Contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall. Copies may be obtained electronically from the Department of Environmental Services by contacting Sarah White at 503-618-2526 or Sarah.White@GreshamOregon.gov. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for 2021 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PHASE 4” and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
