Description

Metro is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Exclusive Food and Beverage Operations at the Metro Visitor Venues: Oregon Convention Center, Portland Expo Center, Portland'5 Centers for the Arts, and the Oregon Zoo. The Metro Visitor Venues offer high-quality food and beverage services and Metro intends that the successful Respondent awarded the Contract under this RFP will continue to provide the same or enhanced levels of service at all four venues. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 8:00 AM. All firms interested in submitting a proposal must attend the pre-proposal conference. Pre-Proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP. Tours of the Visitor Venues will be provided following the mandatory pre-proposal meeting, but are optional. Transportation for the tours will be provided by Metro.
