You have been identified to receive a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Prosper Portland. Through this RFP, Prosper Portland requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms, individual, or teams to enhance business, city planning, cultural and friendship relations with Japan. There is an voluntary pre-proposal conference that will be held via Zoom on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
