Portland State University (PSU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive, campus wide food waste, recycling and garbage hauling services. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") represents PSU's good faith effort to detail our specifications and requirements for waste management services that will best meet PSU's current and future needs.
