REQUEST FOR BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ APPROVAL OF AN EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LANE STABILIZATION CENTER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF AN ALTERNATIVE CONTRACTING METHOD KNOWN AS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC)

The Lane County Board of Commissioners will be considering adopting the following written findings at the Board meeting on May 5, 2026. Interested parties may provide comments on the written findings by following the instructions found on the Lane County Board of Commissioners Meetings webpage at www.lanecounty.org and selecting the Government tab followed by Board of Commissioners Meetings.
