Description
Deschutes County will receive sealed bids for Construction Services as described within this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The purpose of this ITB is to select one general contractor for construction of improvements at a residence located at 907 SW 12th Street in Redmond, OR for purposes of a 24-Hour Residential program. Project scope generally includes site improvements, siding replacement, window and door replacement, roofing replacement, construction of a new covered porch, HVAC replacement, and interior demolition and remodel.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the date, time and location below.
Attendance is MANDATORY for all bidders. Subcontractors are NOT requried to attend.

The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to discuss the County’s expectations, to perform a walkthrough of the existing conditions, and to answer questions. Proof of attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be determined by the presence of a signature of the Bidder’s representative on the sign-in sheet at the meeting. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and sign the attendance roster shall result in rejection of the Proposal.
A second non-mandatory site visit may be scheduled on a date and time to be determined for firms that attend the mandatory meeting who wish to further investigate/review existing conditions.
