Street Sweeping Operations

Description

The City of Tualatin is requesting proposals from contractors to provide street sweeping services, which include regularly scheduled street sweeping, seasonal leaf pickup, emergency and non-scheduled sweeping services, and related work in accordance with the solicitation requirements.

Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically through the City of Tualatin BidLocker portal at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the BidLocker portal no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on June 1, 2026. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted. Proposals received after the closing deadline will not be considered. Proposals will be opened after closing in accordance with City procedures.

Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code and the City of Tualatin Public Contracting Rules.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
