Description
The City of Tualatin, Oregon, is requesting proposals from interested proposers to provide Congregate Senior Meal Program Services at the Juanita Pohl Center. Services include menu planning, meal preparation, delivery, and on-site meal service in compliance with applicable program requirements.
Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically through the City of Tualatin BidLocker portal at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker. No prequalification is required.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the BidLocker portal no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on May 29, 2026. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted. Proposals received after the closing deadline will not be considered. Proposals will be opened after closing in accordance with City procedures.

Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code and the City of Tualatin Public Contracting Rules.
The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
